By placing an order with Balloons By B, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Notice

• All orders must be placed at least seven (7) days in advance of your event date.

• Orders placed with less than seven days’ notice may not be accepted or may incur a rush fee, subject to availability.

2.) Order Notice

• Full payment is required at the time of checkout to secure your order.

• We accept the payment methods listed on the checkout page.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders canceled more than 7 days prior to the event date are eligible for a refund, minus any applicable service or processing fees.

• Orders canceled within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or missed pickups/deliveries.

4. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery and/or pickup times will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Balloons By B is not liable for delays due to incorrect addresses or lack of access.

5. Balloon Care & Responsibility

• Once balloons are delivered or picked up, Balloons By B is not responsible for damages caused by weather, sharp objects, pets, or mishandling.

• Helium balloons have a limited float time and may be affected by temperature and environmental conditions.

6. Rental Equipment (Metal Arch & Clips)

• Any metal arches provided for balloon setups are property of Balloons By B and must be returned in good condition.

  • Customers may either return the arch directly or arrange a date and time for Balloons By B to pick it up.

  • Failure to return the arch may result in additional fees.

• Balloon clips used for setup are also reusable and must not be thrown away. Customers are responsible for keeping clips intact until collection or return.

7. Custom Orders

• Special or custom orders may require additional time and cannot be changed once production has begun.

8. Liability

• Balloons By B is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by improper use of balloons, arches, or accessories.

• Balloons and small accessories can pose a choking hazard; they should be kept away from small children and pets.
